So I bought some bananas the last time I went grocery shopping, and well I’m not a fan of eating bananas just like that. I used some to make fritters (Caribbean thing) awhile back, but today I just used the others to make Strawberry Banana Pancakes. Think I got my fair share of fruits plus breakfast calories in one.
Let’s just say they turned out pretty awesome, but I did them the lazy way (not completely from scratch).
