I know most of the time in order to get started with a project or plans for a goal we need a little push. Most times that’s readily available, whether it’s a person cheering you on or a podcast you listen to daily; the motivation is there. But what happens when you still don’t feel motivated enough or you’re not on the receiving end of any motivation?
This is the tough part.
